Switch from Scoro to Quattora
Bring what you have built over in an afternoon — matched to Scoro's own export files, with an undo for every import.
Scoro runs the whole business. Quattora keeps the loop — deals, projects, hours, invoices, profit — with a lighter setup and imports you can undo.

What does not come over
We would rather say it here than surprise you after the import:
- DealsQuote lines — a quote arrives as a deal with its sum and status. Why: A quote's lines describe its products; Quattora records the quote as one deal with its sum and status.
- ProjectsPhases, tasks and quotes on the project. Why: Phases, tasks and quotes are separate Scoro records; the project export lists projects only. Tasks arrive later, with the hours.
- HoursPeople are matched by user name; invite your team first so names line up.Why: Scoro's work report names the person, not their email, so the name is the only key to match on.
- InvoicesLine items and PDFs; each invoice arrives with its total and tax, not its original lines. Why: The invoice export is one row per invoice; the lines are only in the detailed invoice.
How it works
Export from Scoro
One CSV per kind of record, from the screens you already know. The steps are shown next to each import.
Create your free workspace
No card. The setup takes a couple of minutes and lands you at the import.
Import, in order, with an undo
Companies first, then the people at them, then projects, hours and invoices. Columns are matched for you; anything that went wrong can be undone in one click.
What you gain
The whole loop in one place
Deals become projects, hours become invoices, invoices become profit you can see per project.
Your data at home
Hosted in the EU, exportable any time, or run Quattora on your own servers.
Nothing to lose by trying
Every import is a batch with its own undo. Keep what worked, take back what did not.
Questions people ask before switching
Export steps checked against Scoro's documentation on Sep 23, 2026. If something has moved, the column mapping lets you fix it on the spot.
Also switching from…
Every tool gets the same treatment: its own export steps, what comes over, what does not, and an undo.
Harvest
Harvest tracks time and sends invoices well. Quattora adds the pipeline before the project and the profitability after it — with your hours and invoices carried over.
HoneyBook
HoneyBook books the client and collects the payment. Quattora adds logged hours, project profitability and a team calendar — hosted in the EU, or on your own servers.
Bonsai
Bonsai keeps a freelancer's admin tidy. Quattora grows with a team: capacity, cost rates and project margin — and every import can be undone.
Productive
Productive covers the agency loop from deal to invoice. Quattora covers it too, with seats included in every plan and the option to run it on your own servers.
Leave Scoro without leaving your history
Clients, projects, hours and invoices, brought over in an afternoon — and the whole loop from lead to profit from then on.
Free plan, no card. The import is available on every plan.
